I'd like C&C, since I never tried something in this style, but I don't think it came out too bad. here's the stock
I really like it. Like...a lot. The sky is a bit too bright though in my opinion and I can't really tell what that is on the right. And the text is fairly hard to read. But other then that, I really like it. My rating: 8.5/10
Heh, couldn't do too much about the sky, i actually did some, it used to be completely white after the coloring. and yeah, this time the text was actually supposed to be unreadible thx for the comment and rating
I like what you did to the street but I think it's a little bright and the style is a little 'filtery'. Also the graffiti really doesn't go. HOWEVER overall it doesn't look bad, I give it a 7/10.
