i like it phane..it seems like the depth is too fake...to simple (blurred and sharpened) doesnt look genuine...of course, i have this problem too so i cant help you with it

So just curiousity, how many new members are gonna be joining BC?

 

Just basic smudging. I'm starting to get into the groove, dontcha think?

 

Its alright but there is not too much depth to it and the colors just seem to smudge together to the point where I find them dull. Not bad if you are just starting smudging though.

Yeah. I'll go back to the drawing boards and start again. Does anybody have any stocks/renders that they can suggest to use?

 

I know for me when I first started smudging I used sprites...I thought it was easier...at least for me.

 

ah, smudging is a rather diverse style. you can make all sorts of things from it. phane, nice tag, i wish her face had a bit more color tho.

 

Yea I love smudging myself, but am getting quite tired of seeing tags with smudging...its becoming a whored style fast and now with everyone giving out their smudge settings anyone can do practically.
