I hate the first one's style. Grainy background, needs more depth, colors and better lighting. Second one is cool,good colors, nice flow. There are some horizontal c4d's or something at the right which is off. Clean that away with a clone brush and it'll be awesomeness

nice job on the revised tag, dacav. the flow is much better. shaq, nice clipping masks, but the sig need some pop, something to excite the eye. perhaps you could do something creative with text.
Its the black IMO doesn't seem appealing in this tag the effects are nice but the black just bombs the tag completely
Dacav: Sorry man, but that tag is confusing! I guess I just don't like the concept of it. Show: Not bad, could be better though. Text needs to be fixed, did u vector it yourself cause the vector looks smexy.
