text says digi bliss the border is massive cause I was going to add it to a forum skin and needed the extra px on there and decided not to put it on and just sell it for FR on gr.
But if I was visiting the site for the first, second, or even third time, I wouldn't be able to read what the banner says. A clear name on a banner of a website is like a masthead on a magazine cover so therefore this banner fails to communicate with its visitors. Which is why I reckon you should change it so one can read it says "Digi bliss" -
