About this topic the last post made. http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=376107 . If theres no interest then why does it say you get it. Thats ------ing stupid if it says you can get it and you dont and you waste all your credits just to get the one that gives you interest ------ing lame.....

its just part of the mod m8, there really is no need for any interest at all. The banks just there so you can store your creds there instead of them being stolen..

Rather than for the alleged interest, people buy the more expensive bank accounts for the benefit of a lowered 'Deposit Fee'...And the people who buy said expensive accounts are those that don't want to lose 500 credits everytime they deposit 10k.

And even if the interest was enabled, you'd only get an extra 250/500 credits a year if you have 10k in the bank...Not really worth it, is it? =/

it's a method to put credits in the system, if it was reworded that the interest was "yearly." People wouldn't buy those accounts, but putting like it's phrased (52 weeks, 1 day) make some user think that the get interest by the day.

Some people I have pm'ed said they were gonna open one with interest, but after I explained it some more they opened a standard account

Yeah thats also why I opened my account (and the topic) I thought I would get interest every week so after about half a year I would get my 1k bank account creation fee back.

You do gain interest, but it is only yearly interest. That wont be changing. And if you people would actually read, it clearly says how often the interest time is. Not my fault you guys didnt read it.

    it's in essence the APR.

if I'm not mistaken credits are given daily.

so if you have 200,000 credits in the bank and 2% interest, you'de get 4000 creds a year, or roughly 11 creds a day
