If you saw Morv's posts in the problem and suggestions section, he posted about something, and when it got closed, he just continued the discussion and made a new post, quoting the last post in the closed topic. I negative repped him for doing something like that and wasting people's time, and he neg. repped me back. I think it was unnecessary and should be dealt with. Thanks.
