Backwards Update?

    I never thought that this would ever happen, i almost passed out of amazement.
    Remember that fake steam update gif? Well i just installed steam and the update got to %59 then went back to %29, got to %30, went back to %29 and so on...

    Weird ---- eh?

    if it is the total progress then yes, it would be weird, but if it's the process of seperate files, then no it isn't weird.
