what are you talking about, i wasn't the one who first started acusing you. in fact if you actually take a look at this topic, i was the 4th one. so i don't know why the hell you are saying i was the first one. i guess you were just to lazy to read the whole topic.

And for me, someone who copy another template and add some details and colors...its ripping...but my opinion....you know its like : if i stole gamerenders forum skin, and i change the blue for a flashy green, and i change gamerenders for IDENTITY....sry but for me that's a rip lol....anyway.

yes that would be ripping because you stole the skin... i nber copy'd anything from the picture.... i did use it for inspiration but i made it all from cratch...

he stole the idea tried to imitate and failed horribly.
Its practically ripping the main part of templates is execution and idea.

well i admit i was rude and I am sorry for that. but when i said "half a** rip" that was supposed to supplement the statment i said eariler when I said it was not techincaly a rip but very close.

 

I agree that it is VERY close to a rip..but i didn't think that everyone had to attack and insult him for something like this...i have had things like that done to me and its annoying...

 

You need to learn a thing or two before you sell another template. You did not make it from scratch, you made the images from "scratch"... the idea was not yours. It is ripping, because the idea is a main component of a template. It is likely for designers to use a template for inspiration, but those who know what they're doing, dont try to replicate the template.
