may not be technically a rip, but in my opinion, its WAY to close to the other template. and btw the template is way to high priced for not being origional and you did a horrible job of basicly copying someone elses template. Whether you think its inspiration and not ripping is your opinion. As a template designer, i would consider it a rip. You stole the IDEA. Yes, the actual idea counts for something, its not just the outcome.

From the "preview" posted by Identity, it appears you duplicated it, using your own talent. Be that as it may, you got over-inspired and are a not a professional in any way.
