Don't know what section this would go in, sorry if its wrong. CnC Pretty simple, all brushes or pen tool.
It's kinda plain, and even though blue and orange are inverse colors, and should work together, the orange doesn't seem bright enough, so the blue seems to make all the other colors kinda blue-ish.
