i got avast but it keeps poping this up latly

the time always changes.

other that it works fine was i sapposed to registur this free program...?

when finished, it will send youi a serial via email for free, that serial will last you a year, as said before..

i would recommend Zonealarm ( search it up on google ) its really good and its free .

 

for firewall, i trust Sygate Personal Firewall at:

I had it for a good month now, and it totally rocks! It's just as strong as ZoneAlarm but easier to set up.

 

Microsoft should provide a firewall, unless you haven't upgraded your Xp yet(or your on an even older version). If that's the case then I recommend using ZoneAlarm's Free FireWall, or what ^^ this guy said.
