what the title says... when i put a cd any cd in my CD-DVD rom drive auto play wont work it has stoped working recently and its quite annoying going into the computer all the time and press open on the cd...
what for OS are you using? If you are using windows xp than you can apply by you're dvd/cd player that some kind of cd's doesn't need to do a thing and with a other kind of cd open the folder or something like that. Do you have changed that maybe?
For Windows XP, go to My Computer and right-click on your CD-ROM drive and choose properties. Look for the AutoPlay tab. Set it there.
That happened to me once. But I was still using service pack 1. I downloaded windows Power Toy Tweak UI. Middle of page on left. If none of the above help, try that.
my computer-> right click cd -> properties -> auto play tab thats for XP SP2, shall be same with SP1...
