Pretty nice, but I think that you've overdone it a bit with the colour balance layers (or photo filters, whatever you used). I think using a few gradient maps would have had a bit nice effect. Text is nice. Placement is good, and font choice is good, but I think you should take it off soft light and leave it on normal black with 90% opacity.
