I'm not the best talker to girls, actualy im prety damn shy, but girls think im a teddy bear ie my middle name (teddy) So i dunno if you should take this advice, but buy her some flowers and shiz they love that kinda stuff and start a nice casual talk. Thats my 2 cents.

All I have to say is... if you win her over with candy/flowers/whatever, and they take it nicely...jsut don't do that too often, or it will blow up in your face like mine did. Anyways...trythe 'Hey my friend ditched me.. have an extra ticket to _____' because I've seen it work a ton of times.
k. Get her drunk then trick her into signing a legal document that states she is "yours forever" or. Find a good moment to "accidentilly" fall on her then frollic on the ground together and then ask. Or...... Just build up enough courage to literally just come out in the open and ask her on a date.
Going to a movie is not a bad idea. If you go to a movie then go to a scary one(as long as she wouldnt mind seing it) and then it will start off from there.
