Art-within(project)

I'm not very popular because of my real time schedule, but I'm sure that wont be a problem for anyone to read this.

-Art-within is an project I have in mind but I dont have the balls for it lol.
Only me 2 or 3 people can not make it happen.

Brief...

Art-within would be a community with most likely like gamerenders, but it would have a specialized designers team that design all kinds of art, digital , traditional, drawings , photography,webdesigns, interfaces and so on. Those designs would be copyrighted and put in zip files to be later downloaded by the members free. Some zip files would have the psd of the designs but it would be for buyers only. That would include sigs, photos, wallpapers,concepts and so on.
Each month a pack would come for each catergories.
Competitions would be held within the community and winners would get to have their work included in the upcoming packs.(which would held the artist gain fame/popularity).

The community forums would have pretty much every art related topics.
Tutorials would be post by a specialized tutorial staff and by the members among the community.
Files sharings (art-related) woul be one of the most important aspect within the community.

This is pretty much what I have in mind... I have financial but no one that I can yet trust to help start and not leave me along the way.
a webdesigners, ibp specialists , coders, sig designs, photographers, digital artists and so on.

I can help out, im a web/interface designer.
You'll definatley need a php coder, i think you should look for one on sitepoint or ct first so you have somethign to work on, then get sig designers and stuff.
