    it's a nice idea ... but the lighting spots on the mikes are ehm too obvious :)
    I wouldn't know how you should do it ... Guessing there's some star-like brushes around here somewhere? anyways, as they're now they're too big ;)

    yeah, I agree
    Try filling a layer with black and then doing those spots and setting it to Color Dodge. That'll give it a nice look.
    Anyways, nice idea.
