I'm sure I won't be able to do such a thing, but I don't need to get 1700 AI troops battling eachother. I'd do good just to get a few hundred. The game still has bugs and glitches, but that isn't stopping me from wanting to play it. The game comes out on Steam for the US on the 26th, in retail stores (US) on July 7th. There is a demo coming out tomorrow, according to an official at the BIS forums (1). The game has planes, cars, boats, mountain bikes, guns, explosions, tanks... pretty much anything military. Thoughts?
wow man, this looks insane .. on the third video the jet fighter crashing at the beginning looks so realistic .. it's unbelievable
You guys are just saying its great because it boasts big numbers. This looks stupid. The shooting was PS2 laughable, among other disappointments. its nice somebody made a better looking FPS sprint, though. aside from that, dumb.
I play the demo. It's pretty awesome. It's is immense with realism. I'm guessing you don't like it because it goes for real war, not for Call of Duty kind of war. (I love Call of Duty, btw). There are glitches, mainly because it is made by a Eastern European developer. It also isn't optimized too well with the graphics. The game, though, is more realistic than any First Person Shooter out there. It's not the big numbers, mate. It's the big picture, of the game's potential. Having everything a war could ever want (besides nuclear weapons).
Not a good fps they mapped the whole keyboard plus overlapped some keys so you had to press quickly or hold to get some things to work. Simple thing to follow for FPS games K.I.S.S. and in this game they failed horribly at it.
