    Press shift 5 times fast.... then when the message comes up go to "settings" & then sticky key settings.... then turn off the 1st check box. After that you can press shift as fast & as many times as you want without any problems. Hope i have helped..

    you have to press it quickly...

    also try going to controll panel and then to accesability options...
