hah I know the fealing, unfortunately I was the same/ 13.6 typically isn't good, you should switch to a high protein, moderate fats diet and avoid sugar, while increasing caloric intake, also you should start lifting weights, you dont have to go all hardcore, but building some muscle mass helps a lot. AGAIN, the BMI is highly innacurate though because it by no means takes bone structure into consideration.
does anyone find that guy attractive? honestly that bmi is weird. i'm 5'9", 140 pounds. last time i went to the doctors i had less than 10% body fat, which is better than normal, yet that BMI put me at normal.

i don't. i'm tired of hiked up health insurance premiums because of fat people. they should have to buy 2 seats on the airplane.. bus... etc. gluttony is a deadly sin!
it just determines your weight/height ratio, not whether your fat or muscle... I think that all fat ppl can eventually change their life, but i do sympathise with them for their school life. Many times if they grow up eating a lot due to their parents, they end up fatter than most, then in middle/highschool they just dont have much time to run or be free to. Admit it, if you saw a fat person running or jogging, would you not make fun of him or her? im a 19.8

if i saw a fat person jogging i'd be happy for them, it shows that they are trying to change their ways. and you're right, most of the time it's the parents' fault
