Are These Mine?

i THINK they are mine, i just found them on an old back-up disk.

just want to make sure they are mine before i sell them, do these belong to anybody and do they have proof?

it was over a year ago now, i think i got them for free because i binned quite a few tags together and they didn't need them (you know sort of like a special offer thing).

 

how can you not remember making them lol.

make a folder and put all the psd's into there so you dont get confused over if youve made it or not...

I don't think it's that he doesn't remember making them, he just doesn't remember if he sold them or not.

 

No, he stated that he believes he purchased them or received them full rights for free. He did not make them, nor is he claiming to have, but he believes he owns them full rights and would like to sell them.

 

If you are unsure of who holds rights to these than i would not sell them. Until you are 100% sure of whether you created them or purchased them for full rights than i would not sell them to avoid any possible issues with ripping in the future.

 

I'm pretty sure that's why this topic exists lol..

 

i think i remember buying the second one actually, not sure about the first though.. i'll probably just wait a bit longer and see if anybody owns them.. if not then i'll sell the second one, as i vaguely remember buying it. (i think)

 

I think if its from over a year ago your best bet is to sell it, chances are the person who made it will not only not remember selling it but they might not even be able to recognize it as one of theirs. They could have even died in a car crash .
