based off of rough guess work mem clock mode - set to manual or similar(if aplicable) then for the sake of simplicity go to mem config and set it to 800 and see if ti works, timings should be 4-4-4-10 and auto for the rest(and that should be good) if it doesn't work, try 667 3-3-3
well I changed it to 667 4-4-4-10 and ran the test again I scored 57320 I havent tried moving it to 800 yet
are you running it under vista? it's weird because a 3GHz P4 is getting a higher CPU score and lord only knows that the athlons are a deal faster than that. thought it could be memory bottlnecking(DDR2-400 5-5-5 is very very very very poor) and your (CPU)score did improve 20% due to the reconfiguration of your RAM butstill that doesn't add up. are you running a lot of things in the background? OS stable? decent gfx drivers? admittedly your SP1m is a bit on the sluggish side, but it's within a reasonable margin of what one would expect(based on the s939 athlons with highend DDR1, I'd think that midrange DDr2 would wipe the floor)
yes Im running it under Vista so that maybe an issue. There isnt anything that I can see in the background that is running that could cause a problem.

Memclock value ?? 800Mhz I think Leave the rest the way it was. Then show us a CPU Z screen with ram timings if they are stable. A everest Cache en Memory benchmark screenshot would also be nice. I think Vista is ~1s slower then XP, but I think vista causes low CPU score on aquamark. AM3 Didnt even work on vista for me.
I got everest installed so here are some SS I think aquamark hates Vista should have 3D mark 06 thread thats at 800mhz 4-4-4-10 Im not sure about the 1T/2T I know I havent changed it yet so its at default right now
Wow, nice speeds. Try setting 1T, you should be getting even higher scores. 8Gb/s+ read, write & copy is fast, latency fast to.
I tried the 1T timing and tried to take the superpi test but kept gettings errors so I switched it back
well I tried the 1T with 5-5-5 timings but I started to get memory crashes so I switch back to 2T 4-4-4 and I got a new cpu also the 5600 but no really difference with Aquamark even with that
humm... well it is what it is. you can really see the difference in the benchmarks though, can't you? nice 100-150% increase in memory performance goes a long way. make sure you test your memory overclock though. try running OCCT for half an hour http://www.ocbase.com/perestroika_en/index.php?Download chances are that would do it. maybe try it for long should you desire. also try running orthos on blend for a few hours http://sp2004.fre3.com/beta/beta2.htm you can probably do this while sleeping. they're basically error detection programs. they run some scripts it puts a heavy load on your system and if everything is allright they could practically run indefinately. if there's somethign wrong the program will either stop itself, crash or the entire system will crash. When i do my OC stability testing, I usually overclock a little bit farther than my regular 24/7 desired speeds and run from there.
its alot faster now the crashes would happen when I was doing the video encoding I will do occt thing and see what happens
so you are getting crashing? if so yes then you overclocked the RAM too far you either need to increase voltage to it(1.9-2.0V would probably do it while still being on the safe side) or loosen the timings.
