Seriously, I've never, ever seen you online in my list, this is probably me, because I'm not online that much lately but okay. We've got a OC thread now, which we both are quite active at :)

Yea, i think i get what you mean :) And its my bad for going off on him, but he should have made it a bit more clear :P.

Anyway, sorry m8 for going off.

ps. When I get a job I will prob start OCing this, because then I will be able to afford the new cooling and all that. I think I also need a new mobo, this one has the multiplier locked... which I have been told is better to OC than the FSB.

the multi being adjustable on the motherboard only matters if the CPU also has an unlocked multiplier

the e6600 does not have an unlocked multi.

the unlocked multi thing only matters if you have an engineering sample CPU or if you have an XE

This keeps crashing on me. I don't care about it anyway. 3DMark06 is a better synthetic benchmark, but the best test is actual gaming (My 3dMark06 score is 4585)

There is a fix for that, I posted a link in this thread somewhere to fix it, otherwise google it. It chrashes for all ATi cards I think. I've got about 5.4K for '06.

    yeh 1066 strap on CPU.

now I have to toss my 3rd and 4th RAM stick back in the system. Damn board doesn't like being stable under 64bit OSes with over 2GB RAM. have to cut down to 350FSB and loose RAM timings(DDR2-700 4-4-3)(with only 2GB in I can Do FSB 430 and beyond if I overvolt the chipset)
