If you don't know a answer, don't lie about it. Just put "N/A".

Never leave a question unanswered, it might look like you didn't read the entire thing.

Be open and honest, no point in lying and getting nailed later on about it. You say this is online? That might mean your most likely sending a email or filling out a job application online, so beware of proper grammer & spelling. Know the companys product and the rules they enforce, it might save you later down the road, and in the interview.

and yes, Microsoft Word is a great tool for resumes. Its what i use to keep mine updated. Microsoft Excel is great to keep track of money, and spreadsheets as well.
    Good luck,
    BFTP

Be professional is your writing and spelling and never lie. Lies will only get you into trouble later down the line :P . Just be yourself because that is what matters when it comes to work.

Then its even better to know their company policy and products. Dress fashionably, but nice. Lean forward and politely listen, stay alert, and ask questions.

Most importantly, dont be shy. Be open. Dont be too abrupt. Dress appropriatly, even if its not your style. Be serious, but not too serious. Smile, but dont smile too much. If you dont know how to answer a question, play it cool.

90% of jobs ask minors one main question. That question is:
"If you had One word to Describe yourself, What would it be?"

Answer that question honestly, dont lie, dont pretend you dont get it, dont think too slow, dont think too fast.

    Hopefuly you understood my logic.

    Good luck m8.

When you go for an interview make sure you know what there company is about, also print off a list of references. I can type up an example and show you if you want but it wouldnt be till tuesday.
