Well lets get straight to it since you already know who I am.. - Why would I like to be a mod at GameRenders? Why.. the infamously inevitable question. Everyone always wants to know.. 'Why?' Well it's quite simple really. I remember a once GameRenders where every other thread wasn't the same, where if you gave a thought out C&C for someones sig rather than, 'It's good,' it wouldn't start a flame war, and where there was interaction between mod and member.. Now all I see is a closed thread and a warning every few days. I never see mods post, just to have a conversation with a memeber to let them all know that mods are human too. So in the end, 'Why?', is simple. - What I would like to improve at GameRenders? Simple. I would love to return the monthly competitions, I would see to it that the monthly competitions were arranged with suitable prizes like before, and I would make sure they were well organized and set-up to run. I would return glory to the battle arena, I remember when if you made a battle you couldn't find your post on the first page within hours.. now the battles are just a way to settle a crappy dispute in a subtle way. Once battles were for fun, for honor, for proving who truly was the best out there. - My past experience with moderating forums. This would include the following sites of moderation: GameRenders, Shard-Design, SSMFClan, TuFClan, as well as various smaller sites. Yes, you all once knew me as the nazi of GR, the power abusive nazi! I have grown though, I have learned from my fouls in life, and on forums. I have grown as a person and have changed. I still know how to take control of a situation and make good done.. just through not so harsh means as I once did. - The amount of time (on average) I would be able to moderate the forum per week or day. I would be able to give a minimum of 6 hours a day moderation time spread throughout the day. 18 hours at caps. 42 to 126 hours weekly. - If I have any skills, such as creating good renders (provide examples), or general graphics talent. I have graphicaly knowledge, command of the english language, and the ability to be desicive on topics of ruling. I hope you did take the time to read this without simply dismissing it. Thank you, Ken.
