Why you would like to become a moderator at Gamerenders I've been here almost two years now and have watched the site steadily grow and change, and of course, with growth more guidance is required for new members to keep them on the right track. I belive that I would be a suitable candidate for one of the moderator positions as I have experience with general moderation and I am experienced in the use of the IPB moderation system. I also am an active user of the sites IRC, having my client always connected and usually avalible most of the day so I could be easily conacted by other members or staff if problems arise. What you would like to improve at GameRenders I would like to see the continued growth of the site, both member and content wise, I belive that a good project would be a community assebled resource pack where any member could donate as much or as little as they wish to be freely avalible by others to learn from those more experienced than themselves. In addition to this I belive that the review section should be more active, not only with the signature section but also other, less used subforums such as large art as criticism is one of teh best ways to learn from your mistakes. Your past experience with moderating forums (if any) I have previously moderated on several smaller forums such as chillcorner, cafevision, guild sites, and very small scale local based forums. The amount of time (on average) you would spend moderating the forum per day, or per week I currently spend between 1-3 hours on the site per day, weekdays, and upto 5 hours on weekends. With the position given I expect to increase this activity, possibly doubling the hours on weekdays. If you have any skills pertaining to the position you are applying for, feel free to provide limited amounts of examples displaying your proficiency As previously mentioned I have over 2 years experience moderating forums, most of those being invision power boards so I am very experienced with use of the MCP for the board
