Has anyone heard of a submissions portal? Not like one where it's your entire website but one where users on your site sign on, and they can upload there work and other people can view it, rate it, review it, etc. Like newgrounds has and a lot of other graphic/animation sites have. Has anyone seen a tutorial on how to make these? I have knowledge with php, but portals are huge files. I haven't seen one, when I search a portal, or submissions portal, website portals like nuked-clan or phpnuke come up. If anyone can help me find a tutorial on how to make one of these that would be great.
