My bro has PS CS2 but he won't let me use it. Right now I use the Gimp. I need Photo Shop (any version) for the tools mostly. If anyone knows how I can get any version above 5 for less than $50 please let me know. I need to do more, I just need more tools.
Well you might be able to find a PS 7 at that price, but thats still major bargain hunting. Best shot is save like 150 (cant exactly remember what price i paid) for PS CS, CS2 isnt really worth it.
Cool. I looked on ebay and had my mom bid on PS 7 for only $20 and that includes shipping. I can't wait to get it. 1 hour left, no bids, woot! Others are going for $56 and others for $280. But of course they are new. But still, even though this PS 7 is used, it's still good. All I want it for is the better tools. I need them. Especially for rendering.
First off we arn't allowed to post links to illegal downloading. So here are some ways you can obtain photoshop: 1. Take your brothers disks while he is gone (out doing whatever the hell he normally does), and install it on your computer 2. If you both use the same computer and have XP home edition you already have it. 3. 50$?....hmm....I doubt you could get 7 for 50$..maybe, try Ebay. (ok you already tried) and my favorite, beat your brother over the head with a large object (I.E: a metal bat) and take his disks GL with the 7.0 bid, however CS2 is much better.

Yeah we can't talk about warez and stuff but ask your brother for his, or just use his computer. Ebay is also a good option like mentioned before.
Same here, I would love CS2, theres so much stuff you can do on CS2 that isn't on 7  . All though i'm getting a new computer and I know how to get any program I want for about $10, no it's not warez (I would get that for free) I<3 Purdue University.
Yah. I just know that CS2 can't be that cheap. It's pirated. I'm not looking for anything Illegal. But what is warez anyway?
I like the idea of taking it from your brother.. when I was younger I would 'ask' my brother for 1 (of whatever) if he acted like a little biatch I'd take 2.
That brings up another good option to explore; if you attend a university or any kind, they'll often have software for sale relatively cheap, or at least have some type of system to buy it from retail at a discounted price, though I wouldn't count on finding the current version of Photoshop or similar programs for quite that cheap. I've heard of some high schools having similar programs.
