Anti Virus

    can people please tell me whats the best antivirus software/adware and spyware remover? thanx :wub:

    i don't which one is the BEST
    but i'll tell you the ones i have:
    i'm using all McAfee products
    McAfee Virus Scan
    McAfee AntiSpiware
    McAfee SpamKiller
    McAfee Personal Firewall
    they all work fine
    but i don't if they are the best :P

    well i used to use norton it was ok but i have mac and macs are virus free :P

    Norton is such Bullshyte!
    i had Norton before and it said that it erased the viruses but it really didn't :P

    u can just take a look but thats where i got my anti-virus and spybot stuff...i also recommend getting stopzilla search and destroy...it does cost money but ive had it for a year and havent had one pop up for spyware on my computer yet

    Hijackthis.

    When you run it, it shows everything that is running with the registry keys. You can spot anything.

    nortan anti virus is definately the best one :)

    this is what i use..and well they're good and dun take up tomuch space

    Anti-Virus: Avast!
    Anti-Spyware: Microsoft Anti-Virus.... FREE HERE

    I use Spybot S&D,, Symantic Antivirus Corporate Edition, and Microsoft AntiSpyware (which is really great.)

    LoL! my list is to long...

    My comp is like 5 yrs old so i keep squeeky clean :P

    webroot has some good software.

    Spysweeper and Windows Washer are good

    as well as hijackthis, but if u really wanna be clean u gotta get s & D spy sweeper hijack this and all of those, they all find different things...
