    I use Avira.

Avast is good too. Oh and be sure to get a good firewall too. ( I use Comodo.)

AVG is free but it's not good at all. Just spend a few bucks and get Kaspersky.

I'd personally would suggest use avast!

*grabs links. I hope this helps you*

This is the link for the Avast! free virus scanner/on-access scanner. (Scans all incoming files even if they are hidden)

Avast is your best bet. I believe Panda has released a free version in the last year, I would try that seeing as Panda is one of the best virus protection.

If you'd stop going to pr0n sites you wouldn't have this problem lol j/k

Well now it's a few threads down, I was looking before and maybe I overlooked it. But I'm trying AVG now, seems good, not sure what the limitations are for free though.

Avast! Beats all other free antivirus programs beyond a doubt
And free firewall - Zone Alarm www.zonelabs.com
AVG is okay :| But I'd definitely recommend Avast!

The only limitation i can think of right now for AVG is that the scheduled scans cannot be changed. Zone alarm is awesome from what i hear...not awesome but it warns you basically about every little thing(either good or bad depending.
