    Best hosts for cheap
    Where to buy domains
    Where to get a license for IPB
    WHo are some people that will install it for cheap? We will be paying money! not creds!

    I would have thought you do get the license when you buy it, because...you've bought it. Its all legal and such.
    I dont think you would need to pay anyone to install it either, i think its quite well documented when you buy it.
