for a non-render sig, i'd say its fine, the animation is fun and the text is right up center, if its what you were going for its great
I don't like bevel effects very much, but I like the animation. It just seems a little bit jumpy. Maybe slow it down a bit, and make it half of the current interval of change.
the border and the text killls it for me. but the animation and the bg efx are very nice the efx(bevel n embosshh) gives a nicedepth
