ok simple to explain no matter what tool i try to use the hand tool wont go away like the cursor stays as hand tool all the time i cant get rid of it. i want to make a new signiture but i cant use any tools or move pics cause of the hand tool. even when i click on another tool to change it , on the tool pallet it says i changed the tool but the cursor stays as the hand tool and i cant use teh tool i want can some one tell me how to fix this.
