    okay i am trying to learn how to fix choppy edges so this is a litlle choppy its also my first time with the pen tool

    Nice try but pic quality is bad IMO. (PIC quality, not your image.:P)

    Mebbe you could zoom in to ~400-500% while using the Pen tool. That's what I usually do.

    the cut is´t so bad but the quality yes that´s too bad

    White around the hair, and that isn't an anti-rip, if you don't want it to be ripped then put it over the picutre... When you render you put your name on it.
