I'm having problems on saving animated avatars... when I saved in .gif, the transition of the frames tends to be slower than when I play it normally in imageready, any tips or suggestions on how to fix it?

yes, on every frame it says a time. that is the time that frame is show. change this time and the movie will be slower

I tried it every frame on 0 sec but still the animation looks like it's lagging or something, it has 21 frames btw
