1. You have to post the number you are in order. For exemple if you're the first who post here you write 1, if you second, you write 2.
2. Write you name.
3. Send 10 credits to QcSpeedy, wich is the cost of the participation and write credits sent.

4. At the end of the delay, I will select (using a random selection calculation) a random number and the person who will have this number will be the winner.
5. The winner will receive the famous price.

The first to participate will also get the participation half price.

Starting date: February 14th 2008

Sending to the winner date: February 28th 2008

Yeah, you might be right. If it is the case, I will send back the credits to everybody and close the topic but...

The rules say this: '' The creation of lotteries/raffles etc is not permitted(...) ''
I think this is more about big lotteries who play with tons of credits or real money,

In my case, it's more a friendly and fun topic without big money.


I don't want to contest the rules but I want to respect them. So, I would like to have the opinion of an admin or a moderator. If this is illegal, I will defenitly close this topic and send back the credits to participants. While waiting, I put this topic on Stand by.

 

Its against the rules hun, if there is another way for you to do this, without it being a lottery feel free to do so. If it was up to me i would allow it as it is the members credits but yeah... sorry.
