I bought tutorials off this guy and i was wondering if i was aloud to post them on the free tutorials section?

then why do ppl say donate me credits so i can buy you tutorials and post em for free?

 

Because they are doing them through ways we don't allow in our rules. Tutorials can only be bought for learning rights, not full rights or resell rights. Don't trust the people whom ask for credits to donate tutorials / resources.
