True! On the other hand, certain foods can make me sleepy and aren't convenient for when I am constantly moving around.
Eating healthy and proper meals is a great way to start to boost energy. Especially making sure you get a good breakfast. Also having a set sleep schedule does amazing things, as well as making sure to devote at least 6 hours of time to sleep each night. During the day, rather then popping an energy drink, try eating healthy snacks. Although I find that if I eat a meal replacement bar, the ones from special K, that those not only satisfy a mid day hunger, provide a healthy snack, but also give me enough energy to make it through the rest of my day. Theres lots of options out there, but for the most part, your best option, is just living a healthy life, with proper sleep.
Start every day by eating some fruit and grain products. Try to get a glass of milk in too. If this dosen't work, then try eating half of an energy bar. The half of it helps you ween off the caffiene until you can totally lose it.
Yeah, dont drink diet or anything with "fake" surgar. It contains aspratain which builds up in the body and is linked to a bunch of dieseases(<TYPO) I don't rember which ones though. As for your actualy topic, I Just don't drink caffine so I realy can't help you. Unless...
well my body has evolved. Like caffeine doesn't give me a boost, instead of food i need caffeine to survive.
I don't think there's a "healthy" alternative to caffeine other than exercise. Of course, I don't think there's anything wrong with caffeine to start with. Stick with diet so you don't get tons of sugar and brush your teeth every night and you should be fine.
ewww.. diet monster. the way is see it, if you want to consume caffeine, DRINK BAWLS!! i don't like it when people drink diet this and diet that. it just depletes the purpose of what you are trying to accomplish by drinking it.
