Alternative Way To Get Windows Updates

I just did a repair install on my pc and everything when fine i used my sp2 disc to update to sp2 but now windows update wont let me update anything <_< is their any other way i can get the lastest updates?

 

turn automatic updates on, and update to Microsoft Updates, which has alot more than Windows Updates.

 

i turned the automatic updates back on but how to i make it update immediately or do i have to wait also when i try to get the updates from the site i get this error message 0x800A01AE.

 

In your computer settings, it gives you a option to have them auotmaticly downloaded.
