All App's In A Certain Directory Get Deleted

    All the applications in this directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\ get deleted automatically. This doesn't happen every set interval of time. It's random. Any suggestions besides moving the .exe files?

    Try scanning for viruses, sounds like a virus/malware to me.

    What kind of virus deletes applications in only one certain directory without a trace? Nevetheless, I tried scanning my PC with Nod32, but it seems not to be working very well. Does anyone suggest a better antivirus?

    Try norton anti virus, works wonders for me. :)

    McAfee is the way to go.
