    alienwares = overpriced.

    and you can build a your own for way less, and it will out perform the alienware.

    unless of course your going to join the CPL, then buy one of the 10g alienwares, because you can't really build a computer like that :]

    yep alienware are overpriced and brake alot (ive heard) so build you own mate and that way you decide what you NEED in it so you dnt have to do all these modifications to a new PC

    if you want better for less, build. if you want fewer hassles, buy. THat simple. Alienware is horibly overpriced though. 9/10 times it is worth it to build if you have a moderate budget, especially since you get exactly what you want.

    Yes, build a customized one because it's cheaper and probably is better in performance than an Alienware.

    Is alienware the ones that make you buy there PC's coz they look awsome, but then turn out to be crappy?

    I'd build your own.

    look at ibuypower.com or velocity micro computers, both are good deals for less and are both essentialy custom built. Alienware is like the nike or gap of computers, everybody wants there stuff but its poorly made and pricey.

    alienware are quite flashy and the systems are pretty solid, but they are for rich ppl that dont know much abt computers or dont have time to build one.

    save money and build ur own. alienware is for noobs.

    if u want an alienware case look for the raidmax ninja.

    Master already said where to get parts. I reccomend Newegg.com the most.

    Try http://www.pcmech.com/byopc/
    Huge guide there^

    http://www.homepcbuilder.com/samplevideos.html
    sample videos to see how to put it in.

    I used those two most. And tips from people on various forums.
