    i feel that i should get some sort of punishment like a 2 week suspension but not a full ban

    This is his second return after being banned, I believe now it is an IP ban.

    You got banned for a reason, and deciding whether you need a 2 week suspension or a full ban is not up to you.
    Get over it.
