I beleive that when you start up your computer you repeatedly press f8, if that doesn't work, just turn of the power switch while windows is booting up(not good for hardware but it can take it a few times) and then the next time you boot up you will be prompted on how you wish to start windows.

If you do get it, here's what you can do.

    1. Download Microsoft Antispyware from here.

    2. Install it and run a spyware check.

    3. Go to "Advanced Tools" and then "System Explorers".

    4. Stop the process using the "Running Processes" tab. This works better than the Task Manager because it will automatically get rid of any processes.

    5. Go to the "Startup Programs" tab, and remove that program from the list.

    6. Delete the folder with the program in it.

    7. Voila!

or just do run - msconfig - start up - disable that program from starting up!

I've noticed that virus going around... Microsoft Antispyware should get rid of it.
