Aim Problem

ok, i had this Icon made for me and i try and make my icon but it wont let me because its to big.. its not the size ( 50 x 50 ) its the bytes. the max size is 7168 bytes. The icon i want to set as my icon is 16,674 bytes is there a way to make the bytes smaller??????

 

I dont think so man but i dont know that much.

I think .jpg's can lower size a bit..and maybe quality also..

if its an icon that moves thenit can only stay as .gif

 

i dont think its possible
