This series is quite interesting...but they'll eventually run out of history to make into these kind of games... I seriously hope they don't take this game into the point where it's "modernized"...the graphics do look promising though... I might check it out...
Age of Kings is the best Medieval RTS game aside from Rome: Total War. AoM sucked and So did Warcraft III(I know, Im the Devil). Can't wait for this one though, It looks great. Supossedly it carries the Havok engine so there will be tons of bodies flying from cannon fire. This game had a Developer whos sole purpose was to make the water look and work great. RTS games will not be the same after AOE III.
Isn't Empire earth 2 great? personally i think it sucks <--- Rise of nations is way the best one made so far .. but yea the screenshot looks cool . ill be getting this
Whoa, i dont fully agree with gbul, Age of Kings was indeed the best Medival RTS, but Warcraft III didnt suck. I has some nice features that make it even more fun then AoE2. Stuff like hero's and items and such. And Warcraft was also better because the 4 different sides were realy different. In AoE2 they all got the same units and 1 special unit. In Warcraft all the units were different, which made the game better.
yes can't wait for AoE3...i saw a few vids from E3 they added some funny stuff....like if you shoot a group of guys with a connon they fly off when the connon ball hits the ground near them...
