    adobe buy macromedia for $3.4 billion dollars - i cant decide if that's good or bad, but adobe are assuring everyone it will be

    This has been posted twice in the general discussion forum. I think now Adobe can raise their prices because the top programs will all be made by Adobe.

    I dont think it will be a good thing, now everything half decent is made by adobe, only paintshop is left :(

    ya. and the only reason that they wont go any further than this is because then it will be a monopoly. This sucks cuz macromedia couldnt tell at all if you used a crack.

    not that anyone on here eho says "omg they're gonna raise the prices" really cares 'cause she/he will just pirate it....lol.

    they wont raise prices because we crack their software now cause of high prices. And when he they rise them even more noone will buy except some huge companies.

    It does sound good for Adobe buying Macromedia, but the only thing it will suck is their pricing. :eek:

    bad thing, i love both macromedia and adobe products but more macromedia, if some products are dropped as a result of this ill be killing myself
