About The Blended Border

    ok so i go i make a new layer then go to edit>>stroke
    settings 3px black

    do it again this time i use 2px white mode=Clear (tried overlay too)

    did it again with 1 px black...its just all black..im doin everything right except i cant get the second one to overlay

    New Layer>Edit>Stroke>3 px Black>2px white (keep the mode normal)>1px black> then change the opasity of the layer.

    That should be it.
