Explain this to me, please. Don't rated R movies/tv shows usually have excessive swearing and some nudity? I haven't seen any of that here. 80% of the swearing is censored, and nobody has posted any nude pictures/renders (to my knowledge) without putting [adult] in the tag. In fact, many people put [adult] simply because it's of a chick... I mean, there are some G movies with women in bikinis. Not to mention that when you go to the beach, or even out in public, women wear little clothing. If we're not already at PG-13 (or even PG for that matter) then I certainly don't know what you're expecting of us. If you are worried about the signature images, just block all signatures then. Simple solution, and you aren't being forced to use a different browser.
