    A stand for little silence

We should NOT have to put with this and we should have NOT have to move out of our homes to get some pace and quite.

I don't see how that is a big deal. People need to quit complaining. Why don't they just get earplugs?

LoL my neighbors had dogs. They used to bark all the time, after awhile i got used to it. But, the mexicans down the street i guess never caught on because they ran over the dogs with a truck. ;/

    Oof?
    Wtf,
We got a right to silence, because an owner can't keep his dog quiet is his fault. And he can be sent to court etc. If nothing is done.

"Ooh no one tells me what to do with my dog"
    Try showing some consideration?
