Actually, you can. HTID knows a good bit more about sig making than you, so why don't you get off his ass and let him deal with how it was ripped on his own? If you were any good at sig designing or any form of art, you wouldn't be too happy to have it taken and claimed as someone elses.
yup its true just by having a psd u can see how they made some of the effects ect... layers are just as important in making sigs without them how could be ste diff blending options ect..

Who really cares, if its a layout I would understand but its a friggen 300x100 pixel image for petes sake. Get over it and make a sig that is better, then make a layout that is actually somthing useful..
