It's a crap experiment, there's a fairly large difference between being a sociopath and showing small sociopathical tendencies.
Its just some type of sociopath test. This might be one of the questions of who knows how many of them. If you want to say im a sociopath, go ahead lol. I killed a squirrel once? Oh and you can't use this in court as evidence for maltreating animals.
Technically, someone could. The fact remains that if anyone would go to jail for something they said on GR it would have been me years ago.
Baw, it was posted before? Had no clue how to search for this one. Brink of fail, Pete? If it's been done before, it's fail. Now I feel like a ------monger. ------- So... this question is more-or-less a strong indicator of sociopathic tendencies? Dem, I don't think anyone can be indicted for internet postings unless... a. it violates obscenity laws (which are flimsy at best) b. it violates sexual laws (don't know what to call them... eg. child porn) c. it falls under the Patriot Act d. I'm not sure, but if there's a website posted intended for 'hate' purposes, then could you be charged? I remember one girl up here made a website dedicated to attacking other students and she was forced to publicly apologize and pay thousands in damages or face other consequences. Due to freedom of expression, I think it's tough to charge a person on the internet for something they say. And that's about all I can think of. I understand what you mean though; if one could be arrested for what one says on the internet, it'd be you.
I thought that the perfect girl was his dead mother and he was a necro, so he killed his sister for more corpse time What does that make me? =/
Technically speaking if you state something and it can be traced back directly to you or someone near you as a posession, etc. you are liable for whatever comes from it. Say for instance the teenagers who download music from their parents computer their parents get in trouble, but an IP trace through the ISP which wouldn't take more than a few minutes for anyone who would be investigating could link it to his household. Again though, as I said, if anyone were to get in trouble for something said here it would be me.
Some guy got arrested once for posting tons of stuff about how much he loved weed on myspace. His whole page was covered in weed leafs etc etc, and the cops busted into his flat and charged him for possesion. So, don't be stupid all the time on the internet and you wont get caught.
This test is totally accurate in finding sociopaths. Sociopaths means people with common sense and an ability to deduce things when given a little bit of time, right?
